Scam Private Server Donations-PayPal

Hello, would anyone know if I can do a charge back on a donation section of PayPal?


EX:

A private server has a donation page from PayPal, so you donate $40 and they send you a weapon in-game.

Is it possible to charge back those $40 one month later?


P.S if anyone knows V.C.N WoW, they're an example of the donation page.

edit P.S those of you who want to know why I will do this, it's because the private server I play in is very unstable, they turn it off for months at times.

Thanks mate, I don't have a retail, lol.

Also, what if before I click purchase, they have a warning that says "No refunds under any circumstances" hosted on PayPal servers, would PayPal still side with me?
