Small Addition to the Hammerdin Guide

I'm unable to post in the guide because of it's age, but hoped that this would help some people.

In the guide, the thread starter forgot about Izual in the Plain's of Despair, Act 4.

Labeled as "The Fallen Angel"

You get +2 skill points in each difficulty, which means a total of +6 if you complete it on all difficulties.
