DoD and CSS consoles

OK so i need to use the console in Counterstrike: Source and DoD but i cant even get it open : /

i have enabled the console in advanced keyboard options but when i press the ~ key nothing happens.

any help?

Rebind it to a different key, if possible?

hey Marlo, i use the button below Esc, that works, u dont have to rebind any keys , i think it cos of diff between UK and US keyboards

It should normally work Marlo as it's fine for me. I did have that problem once you can rebind it in the options menu but if that doesn't work then a clean install might be your only option.
