Paypal - Limited Acces

So I made a fake paypal. while using my vpn.

Forogt all about the VPN

then logged back in to see if the china guy sent the money there. and boom I can't send

Is there a way I can get past the Limited acces without having to fake info?

If no just say no its a lost cause and ill go cry in my corner

Have the same thing, created a fake PP and got limited

Cant retrieve it without the info or get a CC or bank account verified.
But then you dont really stay anonymous :O
