3.1 Survival Hunter Specs

These are the specs that I'm pretty sure will be topping meters
I will update what glyphs to use with each spec soon!

6/14/15
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
All core MM talents
6 points in BM for the haste &1% extra damage
10% Increased dot damage from Black Arrow
and Replenishment spells / EW

You will NEED to be hit capped without spec to play this spec
(Which is 263)

5/14/52
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
All core MM talents
5 Points in BM for haste
3 Points in Trap Mastery for 30% inc dot damage from Black Arrow
No replenishment party buff
Need to be hit capped unbuffed (263)

0/17/54
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
3% Hit build
Reduced Cooldown on Black Arrow & Reduced mana cost
All core MM talents + Free hit rating
Great starter build IMO

Glyphs -
Glyph of Explosive Shot. Should be used to make up for the 10% damage nerf
Glyph of Explosive Shot - Item - World of Warcraft

Glyph of Serpent Sting. Longer serpent sting - less mana - more DPS time
Glyph of Serpent Sting - Item - World of Warcraft

Glyph of Steady Shot - 10% Increased damage done by Steady Shot when a target has Serpent Sting on them

These three should be CORE glyphs for ANY spec UNLESS you are under haste cap (540 unbuffed) to get your Steady shots to 1.5 casts
If you are under the haste cap then you chould use

Glyph of the Hawk
Glyph of the Hawk - Item - World of Warcraft
6% Extra haste when your Quick Shots proc from Improved Aspect

I am happily looking forward for the "Black arrow" talent.
We will see how strong it really is on the live server.

The talents you mention in your posting are correct skilled i think.

For perfect PVE build I think it will be more like 3/14/54

This is a hunter on PTR server.
According to his DPS, Black Arrow seems very viable.
Don't think surv hunters will have any trouble in the upcomming patch.
