Gear & Spec 19 twink lock?

So I just rolled a lock that i want to make into a twink at 19.

and i was wondering as I'm leveling what instances i will need to run to get what items and also what my talent tree should be.

I am working on getting the bind to account shoulders from [Stone Keeper's Shard]s in WG

i just need to know what i need to run to get what items and such..

id go with the shoulders, also:

Mindthrust Bracers + Shadow Damage or Int
Witching Stave + Spell Damage
Darkweave Britches + Your choice of Leg Armor Things
Treebark Jacket + 100 Health
Green Tinted Goggles + Stam or Int
Kellers girdle
Magefist gloves + 20 SpellPower

Then you can pick the rest you want, i suggest you go to Thottbot.com And Find level 19 Cloth Items that you like, dont be afraid to start farming gear at the level you can get into instances, some times it take that long to get your drops.

I wouldnt recommend getting the BOA from WG. Altho they are quite comparable to the badge ones they are still better. The resil is almost useless and the stats from the badge ones are much better.

The gear really depends on your preference of survivability or glass cannon. Overall Glass cannon gear is much better now because survivability is not very useful.

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat w/ +100 HP Libram
Neck: Thick Bronze Necklace
Shoulders: Talbar Mantle
Back: Battle Healer's Cloak With 70 Armor
Chest: Bloody Apron w/ +100 HP
Wrist: Bright Bracers w/ +9 Stamina Enchant
Gloves: Serpent Gloves w/ +20 Shadow Damage Enchant
Waist: Keller's Girdle
Legs: Darkweave Breeches w/ Runic Spellthread
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots w/ Boar’s Speed Enchant
Rings: Advisor's Ring and Seal of Sylvanas
Weapon: Witching Stave w/ 30 Spell Damage Enchant
Wand: Gravestone Scepter

This is the gear set i recommend.
