How To Enchant Custom Items

I need some help on how to enchant custom items on a private server.
A few people know how to do it, but i cant find out how, its the head, shoulders and legs that wont enchant, would be great if i can get some help on this one,

ehm you can't enchant head, shoulders and legs...only with different items, like Nethercleft Leg Armor...you can find some enchants here: Item Enhancements (Permanent) - Items - World of Warcraft
find the one you want and go in-game and write .char additem (depends of what core you'r using)
