There are still a few more tweaks to be made to your server after these steps. when i have time i will post more on this thread. but this ALL IN ONE should get your server up and running so you can log in and relize how much more work you have to do. i dont know why this last video was posted 2 times but w/e

i also did not make a video on setting your config files... if ur really that much of a noob, search the forums

was just that the adress need fix (typo) the part /rivalDB needs to be capitalized ;} should read /RivalDB

so the 3.03dbc files are good still? i wanted 3.0.9 server

Also, where do I get the vmap extractor/assembler for step 6? You have them, so why not post a link now?

Thanks a bunch for making this guide this post definatly deserves +Rep , i finally have a good server without useing a repack. the only problem i have is that character items dont seem to save properly they save to the character but they all save in container -1 so tehre unaccessible. How can this be fixed.

EDIT: also how do i update the server?

i have a problem...

when i enter server and try to atack a mob ... he don't hit me ... i take from his life dmg but he... nothing ... he just keep's moving like i didn't atack it ...

what's the problem?! [i atack it with my player account .. not with the GM account]

lol, how much space does a WoW Server Take?

Not a lot really. I use a 2 year old laptop with 80 gigs and i still have over half my drive left

there are many databases out there you can choose from. just search around the forums. if i remeber i will post a link to all the available databases

3.0.3 dbc files are fine for 3.0.9 , also i sucked the vmap extractor and assembler off a vampirism repack.
