I recently attempted to post a question, and wasn't 100% sure what section to place the post in, so I posted it in Emulation>General Chat, saying that I wasn't sure where it went exactly, but I knew it had to do with emulations.
Shortly thereafter, I received a pm stating the following:

Need help with NC-DB, have experience with the AC-Web Repack using ArcEmu and with Mangos, but unsure how to proceed with NC-DB.
I have already installed TortiseSVN and AppServ. I am looking to create a private server for friends, and want to be able to get the server up as soon as I can, so any help is appreciated!
I have a personal (for friends) TeamSpeak server set up, I can PM the info to you if you'd prefer to talk instead of typing.
Oh, by the way, this is my first post, so I'm not certain what category this would belong in. I would appreciate any help!
All the best,
MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides

SUGGESTION: When an infraction is issued, wouldn't it be helpful to let a member know what area it should be posted in to ensure that there are not multiple infractions simply because someone is unsure of where to post a question?
This would help ensure that new members can more easily have their questions answered, and not become frustrated by continual infractions as they attempt to find an answer to their question(s) while they attempt to learn the structure for proper placement dynamics for this site.
