If you want to change your character name using the migration service (didnt know it was avalible) you get a friend to create your character name on the server you wish to switch to, migrate and if you cant move (as name is already in use) get a GM to let you change it.

There is another way....
Have your friend send a message to a GM saying your name is offensive/vulgar/ a slur and give some fake slang term for it. e.g. Xianse could be slang for dirty slu*y b***h or something. Then if it works the next time you log in it will ask for a name change. then you should have a message from a GM saying not to use offensive/vulgar/slurs again.

lol. That would be fine but theres a small chance that A) The GM knows that the name is not slang in any way and yells at you're friend, or B) Bans or suspends you for using offensive language. But hey, hwats the fun in things if you don't risk stuff :P
