Step By Step

Step 1:
First Open up Your DataBase Editor Program (HeidiSQL/NaviCat/SQLYog etc...)
Now Log In To Your DataBase.

For Ascent Users:
Username: root
Password: ascent

For ArcEmu Users:
Username: root
Password: root

Step 2:
Open The World DataBase and go to the table "loot_creatures".
Make a New Row By Clicking On The "+" sign in the left corner.
Fill it out like this:

 Index - Leave Blank, it will auto generate a number.
EntryID - The NPC EntryID
ItemID - The EntryID of The item you want it to drop
Percentchance - The Drop Rate, 1 = 1% Drop Chance. If You change the drop rate in world.conf it will be the number times the Drop rate from world.conf
(Example on Percent chance - 1 = 1%, 20 = 20%, Drop Rate times 10 in world.conf + 20% = 20 times 10: 200 Drop chance.)
Heroicpercentchance - Same as Percentchance but for Heroic Raid.
mincount - The minimum amount of the item wich will be dropped
maxcount - The maximum amount of the item wich will be dropped
ffa_loot - Leave blank

Now Restart Your Server And The Loot Will Be On All NPC's With The Choosen EntryID.

Lol well u used the version with WoW-V. But if you didnt post WoW-V Guide then it would be a repost :P
