Scamming mishap, Question.

Alright, not new to this scamming bit at all. Have scammed over 70k gold, Dual-Glaive rogue yada yada yada.

Anyway, was trying a new method on banning the account instantly, I thought it worked, but clearly it didn't. They called into Blizz and got the account I transferred my char to locked. I was anticipating it as it was my first time using this banning method.
Their account was locked too.

I sent in my fake ID to blizz same day as it was locked and my new account became unlocked. Their account is yet to be unlocked to this day. The character that was scammed is still on my new account and I can play on it.

Do I have to go back and ban the original account? Or is this character safe as I unlocked my account before they did?

Well...I believe that it all depends on to what means they will go to get their character back. They can always elevate this, possibly send them their ID and what not. Look at the IPs...and stuff. I personally think that it is safe, being as you sent them an ID first, and what not. I think that if their account is locked, you are safe as long as they dont send their ID in and get it unlocked. But still then, they would have to prove that they were the original owner, birth certificate maybe? Lol. Unless this guy really wants his char back, i think that ur safe.

Was trolling the bawx these days and someone mentioned when an original account gets banned the transfer account has been getting banned.

Alright haha. Yeah but idk this guy is a faaareak who knows. He isn't even the OO so whateva. Gonna wait a week and cash in on it.
