Log.txt messed up

My phishing site stopped recording to log.txt. I have no idea how it happened, I edited the .txt file and made it blank, but whenever i read it it shows some test account names that i tried, and when i go to edit it it shows it as blank. Anyone know how to reslove this? Using Yahoo for the site hosting
