How to make an account on your server [For Noobs!]

On EVERY repack guide i've seen it some1 that don't know how to make an account(usally those repacks use Navicat or Heidisql). This is really easy! If you have made an repack and use Navicat or something like that on your server, and you don't know how to make an account, because in those repack guides they just say you must login with: admin admin.
But it is REALLY easy to make an account. Open up navicat and go into your databse that is named logon. Open up the table wich is named "accounts" and you'll see a record thats says:
acct| Login| Password| etc...

It is only those that matters. For example if you want your account name and pass to be: Test
Just do like this:
acct| Login| Password|
1 Test Test

If you already have an account and you want to make two just type 2 in the acct instead of 1. (it don't have to be the number higher, just not the same)
And then it's done!

I hope it's not any1 that don't know how to make an account that use navicat or Heidisql or whatever
