    How to Make a Private server Public with No-Ip

    First you got to go to No-ip and make an account there. When you log in you must Add a host. Make Your hostname and the domain. Like: tesrealm.no-ip.biz
    HOstype: DNS Host (A)
    Ip Adress: (go to whatismyip.com and you'll find it)
    Scroll down and push the button called Create host. Go to No-Ip again and go to the download site. If you use windows you must download the windows version and etc. Install it and login on the client with your acc name and pass you made earlier on No-ip When you open the no.ip client it will show you ure host and you have to check it to open it. then go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and open the host.file with notepad or something. But when you save it, save it as host.file or else will it be saved as a. txt file. When you open the host file it will look something like this:
    # Copyright (c) 1993-2006 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

    127.0.0.1 Your no-ip hostname
    Internal IP Your no-ip hostname
    External Ip Your no-ip hostname
    To find your internal ip, open run.exe and type "cmd" and push enter. it will popup a black window. Wirte ipconfig in the popup window and find Ipv4 Adress. Your External ip is the same as the ip you found at whatismyip.com. NOw save that as host.file. then you need to forward these ports: 3724 - 3724
    80 - 80
    3306 - 3306
    8129 - 8129
    8093 -8093
    6112 - 6112
    6881-6999
    3036 - 3036
    8050 -8050
    You have to go to your standard gateway to forward these ports. To find your standard gateway do exactly the same as you did to find your internal ip. It looks something like this: 192.168.0.1
    then log on with your user and go to port forwarding. if you use D-Link go to advanced and then port forwarding. On the TCP and UDP name you write those ports i gave you. In the name field write for example: WoW1
    And just use WoW(number) on each ports, but they can't be the same name. On the ip adresse field use your internal ip. Change your realm.config to this:
    #######################################################################
    # Ascent Realms Configuration File
    # Last updated at revision 446 by Burlex
    #######################################################################

    /********************************************************************************

    * A < signifies the opening of a block, the block name is expected after that. *
    * After the block name, a space and then the settings sperated by = / ' '. *

    You guys can't log in because of the Address. It should not be your hostname it should be your IP. That's why it says "# The address (and port) of that realm."

    <Realm1 Name = "Realm name"
    Address = "IP:8129"
    Icon = "Normal"
    Colour = "1"
    Population = "1.0"
    TimeZone = "1">
