    PCT with Paypal?

    does anyone know of a way to actually use PCT and paying with a paypal account?

    Only way I know of / have is to apply for a Paypal debit card that's directly linked to your Paypal account, then just use that.

    You could try and get a Visa Gift gard, almost like a debit card, but you dont really sign anything. You just put cash onto it. Try these thing and see if they take paypal
