How much crap can I get in for doing this?

So, I saw a guide a while back that basicaly said to create a page the looked like an actual Gold Selling site, the only thing was that you did not deliever, since you had no gold. You just took the people's cash from PayPal and said "**** you". My question is, how much, if any, trouble could this get me into? Thanks in advance.

LOL. You mind giving me a couple of tips? I'm not aiming on making a living off it, I just want to post it on Markee every now and then when bills are tight. Maybe a couple hundred dollars every 2-3 months. I've already started to make a page (haven't edited it all) from a template I found. I just want to know if I could get in too much trouble, more than the money being put on hold/taken or my paypal being closed.

its relly foolish to scam people, some might think its cool or funny but the fack of the matter doing this gives good honist people who play it strait a bad rap. it undermines the very idea of why most of us are here, for our entertainment so think twice before you demage the reps of the people who are here to help you progress in your endevors!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Make sure you're either always on, or someone you know that is helping you do this scam is on a shift with you.

2) Make sure it's not your personal paypal email.

3) Spam it on forums, not this one or else I'll report you lul.

4) Use good English.

5) ???

6) Use prices that are lower then everybody elses so they go to you first .

Well, I only made enough to buy a new comp before it got shutdown so IDK honestly.

IMHO, I'd go below 1k and then make a new site, rinse and repeat .
