PayPal question

I verified my PayPal account with a VCC and a Virtual Bank. Have the "Verified" tag on my PayPal home page. I don't have any cash on the account, but I was just going to check out the site I was going to buy from before I got any cash, but I ran into a problem. When I log into my Verified account I get the error below:

You have reached a limit on your ability to send money. Please link and confirm a debit or credit card to lift this limit.

That's easy I'm guessing you added the bank first and confirmed it automatically giving you verified status. You probably added the VCC but did not get the expuse code and put it in yet verifying you have the card.

May I ask where did you get your Virtual Bank account I can not seem to find one.

Meaning you need to get a valid credit card and add it, Then go to your bank and check the statement to see how much paypal have taken out/given to you. Enter that number on there site and BOOM.... Your paypal will work.

I have verified all of the cards. visavcc.com sold me the card and the account. I added the Card and bank at the same time, then verified the Card then the bank. The company sent me the expuse code and the 2 ammounts from the statement.

All I can think of, is email PayPal via their support webform thingy on the account page, they will reply fast.

You can verify any account with a vcc?
Any one want to do this for me for a fully epic lvl 80 wow account.
I really need it done :O
