i have full info etc. xfered off the character now how do i ban the account?

Make a GM Ticket with alot of swearing and telling blizzard how bad they are at dealing with scams.

Download WoW Emu Hacker from Deathsoft.com for patch 3.0.9. (If it's not there then google WoW Emu Hacker for 3.0.9.)

Then go into a battleground and Speed Hack or something like that. You could also scam gold, spam or something else if you're not into hacking.

Edit:
You could also, for fun, find the XYZ Cordinates for GMIsland and teleport there with WoW Emu Hacker.

Link your phishing website in the trade channel to get some site traffic while getting banned all at once. You'll get a couple idiots who try it and get banned too. Link it on as many realms as possible. That's what I do with my used up/expiring scammed accounts and they're always banned in no time.

I have a post in the WoW Strategy Guides section called "How to Make a Phisher" that would help if you don't already have one.

If you decide not to get the account banned it can always be sold or given away.

You can just spam trade with a LOT of swears, and then what another post says, open a ticket saying "Ban me you F'rs!"
