[Release] PSDB Milestone x15 WotLK!

Here we go again. It took some time but now it's done and officially released!

I personally would like to thank the entire PSDB team for their hard work, dedication &
most of all great attention to the community with this project!
In my opinion WotLK was the hardest catchup work to do, and they did it wonderfully!

I have to say that Rog360 runs not only the best team, but is the best DBTeam leader
a community like ours could hope to find. Everyone at Project-Silvermoon & Silvermoon Nations!
