Warlock build?

Can anyone tell me the best talent build for a lock that wants to go on a 40 man raid and do 20% of the damage. Also items armor and so on....?

I think research is the best idea :P
Dest needs high spell crit and some spell dmg
Aflic needs spell dmg and spell hit
Demonology:....stamina?

If you want to search for armour and gems etc. that will benefit you, check www.wowhead.com , it has a nice way to filter things (I made a list, myself, though it took ages)

Regarding talent builds, I'm afflic, but I haven't had the chance to test it in a raiding situation yet.Same with when I was demonology, and I barely remember that at all.
