[Question]Email Changing Requirements

So it has been a while since I last called blizz to get a scammed account's email changed and with the new changes to account security, i am not really up to date anylonger..

So I would like to ask you which infos are required to get an email changed ATM?

you only need username current email knowledge and sqa to change on site

There's a few different methods.

1: Using this link ( the simplest ):

WoW.com Account/Password Retrieval

What you need is the account name, the current e-mail on the account and the Secret Answer.

2: If you do not have the email address on the account, you can always call the Billing and Account services department. You will need the last name, the account name and the SQ:A.

3: You can forge an ID and send it by fax using one of the numerous forms they have - You still need to know the account name and full name to forge the ID though.

Pretty much the same as all above, except i do know if you don't even have the SQA as long as you have the correct address they'll let you change w/e.

i have some information about a wow account that i want to scam

i have the secret question answer
i have the full name of owner
owners phone number
account name
character information

is their any way i can scam the account with this information?

I have an account.I have the email on it i have secret answer and all cd keys and account name.When i try to retrieve my password using either cd key or secret answer it says "This account has had too many password recovery attempts. Please contact billing support at Blizzard Support to recover your password. " If i wait a day or few days can i do that without having to call them?
