[Help] Scammed acc

I have a scammed account with 2 lvl 70s on it (supposedly). it is a US account but i am in the EU region. Is there a way i could find out what characters are on it and what levels etc?

Yes, go to World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King and then the Armory. Login there.

or, just go into the worldofwarcraft/data/enus/realmlist.wtf and change the eu.xxxxx.xxxx to us.xxxxx.xxxx and log in with that info

I have an account.I have the email on it i have secret answer and all cd keys and account name.When i try to retrieve my password using either cd key or secret answer it says "This account has had too many password recovery attempts. Please contact billing support at Blizzard Support to recover your password. " If i wait a day or few days can i do that without having to call them?
