Wall Jumping?(sort of like wall-walking)

Ive been able to reach places by angling myself like i would wall walk but instead of walking i used the run and jump method. i did the method and i landed at a spot you would normally land just slide down(does not work for 90 degree inclines as far as im aware)

you can keep going if you press the run key a split second before pressing the run key if you mess up how ever and not jump correctly or not jump at all you will fall if you move.

ive tried these on the test realm and the live realms on human rogue and gnome warlock so far. dont know if all the races/gender combos can work but i am going to try them out

its just angle yourself like you were going to wall walk and then run jump, you should land on the side of the terrain where you normally could not get to without hacks. Do NOT jump then move it should be run then jump!

all races and genders will work with this

i tested it out on a friends computer and it does the same thing

Wow that still makes no sence to me, just go to photo bucket and upload the pictures then post then links we can get a better idea of wat you really mean cause thats still kind of a little confusing

if you dont have anything to change the file type, go to windowed mode, then click off(where it still viewable, but you dont have it seclected) and hit print screen, then paste in paint, crop it, and save as gif or jpeg, then try to upload it. im interested in seeing how this works, if its possible make a video aswell. we'd all apreciate it

there are other things i could have used like getting on top of forlorn ridge or climbing the great wall of hyjal(found in Ashenvale ,that one would be extremely difficult)

if i make a movie for forlorn ridge it will be in the guide section.

Starting to get teh hang of it, but its SOOO hard lol, does it maybe make it easier were you have your view set up? because it seems like i'm getting the concept just not the angeling right alt-Z seems to work better

Here's what I do (keep in mind I figured out how to wall-jump on my own. I mean, I knew it existed, but I didn't read anything about it or how it's done). Anyway, I suggest slamming the forward and jump keys pretty hard, at exactly the same time (though technically you'd want hold down forward a milasecond before jump, but it's best not to overthink it). Just slam those keys like you mean it and keep them held as your performing the jump (but obviously let go before you complete the jump).

As far as angling goes, I just angle myself with the camera directly behind me (while I face the direction I'm going to jump). That part should be obvious though.

Just keep at it and it'll get easier. Even so though, there's some luck involved, so you'll always screw up here and there, even if you've mastered it.

just so you all know Wall jumping is going to be nerfed pretty hard as in to do it the easiest is 100% move speed buff(mount only works for the very first jump) but the faster you go the better even on the patch 1.12

and a lot of WSG exploits are going to be nerfed also so get ready to bring back dark portal

also i suggest leaning toward the wall a little more than some would do wall walking...

just dont be disappointed its going to be nerfed in 1.12.1
