There is a fun easter egg in the wow armory. If you find a char with a low ammount of HKs you can read "In order to have your lifetime honorable kills displayed, you must have at least 1337 honorable kills."

for example . Click at "Why aren't my lifetime honorable kills displayed under Achievements?"

well...i found out that in shattrath city in the lower city the arathi basin guy is actually He-man and his battlecat is sleeping right beside him

This a smiley i found uder karazhan, depending on if you are a class small enough, there is a little hole in the side of karazhan you can fall down into and you will land on top of the smiley underneath kara.

In uldaman the 3 vikings (first boss i think) areactually guys from the oooold sega or something game where they travel time or something!!!

Frostbolt, you're talking about one of Blizzards first noticed games "The Lost Vikings". But I can't for the life of me remember any such boss. The first's a miniboss that drops one of the two staff-pieces, he's not a viking, and then the first real boss would be the giant lady (aka the Indiana Jones-boss). Right?

Haven't been in there for so long, so perhaps I've forgotten some encounters. But other than those, and a rather hard segment where you open a chest for a gem and there's some guys that storm in for you, the only two bosses I can think of are the ones with statues coming alive. First the 4 small, and then the one big that makes small ones come alive. =P

Am I forgetting a boss with vikings?

Yeah, their the first mini bosses. All three of them are there... "Erik the Swift, and i cant remember the other two.
