THsale.com .. bad timing or being scammed?

So I went ahead and bought a $25 Burning Crusade cd key from THSale.com, mostly because the place was recommended on another thread here as being a website that doesn't bother with phone verification for cd keys.

So it's been eight+ hours now and still no cd key in my email. I got ahold of them earlier and they said the system is down, and I still can't get ahold of anyone now either. I just now sent them an email asking about it and demanding some kind of idea of when they will have the key for me or i want a refund, and included my paypal order receipt in the message too.

Has anyone else successfully bought cd keys from them before? Is this really just bad luck for me that they're having some kind of system issues right now, or is this a load of bullshit they're trying to feed me that simply means 'thanks for $25, no cd key 4 u'?

Maybe just bad lucky? It's Near Christmas, so I doubt they have a lot of time to deal with you..

Not really sure because I never used THSale.com. But it is a possibility that you are being scammed. I don't trust any companies at all anymore. They are only out to scam people.

ya I bought CD keys from there before, youll be fine but their service blows, they always have some sort of problems/delay on delivery....had to wait a week extra for mine to come in lmaoA u should be fine dont worry about it

Ok....Offgamers is the only site you should buy from...No phone verification apart from the very first time. And it's just a bot saying "1,4,3,1" etc.

I used THsale before. No big deal. I just contacted them on livechat and got my card faster.
