Best site to sell gold to?

hey there,

so i have the info to an account wich has 4.5k gold on it.

now i would like to sell that gold but whats the best way to get the most out of it?
i have checked websites but they only give you 7-9$ per 1000. i think this is BS...

should i sell it private?

Unfortunately 7-9 is the going price currently. Used to be they'd pay you 18-25 per k but with the recession and WoTLK it's really low. if you want to risk getting scammed but make more of a profit, sell it on markee.
