Need some notary help.

Hello,
I bought a wow account, and it got locked for some reason - maybe due to different IP usages in a tight time frame. I created an ID that matched the first and last name of the account, and sent them to blizzard. Account got unlocked which was great.

Few weeks later, I did a stupid mistake and paid for the account registration using a visa that's differnet from the account OO's name (I know - stupid). Account got unlocked again with a notary request.

I can try to fake a notary stamp but I don't wanna risk losing the account this time - so I am seeking the experts' opinions here.

1. Does the notray have to have an impression on the paper? Is this a must?
2. Do they check if that Notary exist in a certain state? Do they actually try to contact the notray?
3. Lawyers commission doesn't expire - and I can claim it belongs to a lawyer so that they wouldn't be checking for the dates. Is that an option?
4. The form requests a phone number, and an email - that sounds like I am repeating myself - but do they actually contact that notary?
5. I assume that I have to send the physical paper stampped by mail - not a scanned email. Correct?

Is there anything other than that I should be aware of? Any ideas? - Your thoughts are highly appreciated. Thank you.

I know when I was trying to get my account back i just faxed a copy of the notary to blizz and they unlocked it within hours. You could just go and get something else notarized and photoshop it onto the one you are sending to blizz

I'm in the same situation at the moment.

Unfortunately blizzard no longer accepts faxed notaries and requires it to be mailed, not sure how I'm going to get around this one.
