How to change email of an account on the phone?

How do u change the email of an account on the phone when u call up blizzard? because I remmeber a few months ago i said "my email account got hacked so i need to change the email" and they said "oh ur email got hacked? we cant deal with this ull have to report this to blablabla". so i was wondering what do u guys say when u need to get the email changed?

Well From what I remember,
Few days ago me and my friends got a bit of the same problem.
So we,
Called Blizzard Telling them We had password Problem and They asked for The Answer for the Secret question or the CD - Key.
Once we gave them all that we got the Password in no time.
Also you can mention that you forgot your email address and they easily will ask you to send ID verification and Fill out a form.
It's simple and there are plenty of guides on how to fake ID and stuff LoLzZ ^_^

its much easier just to recall it by webform.. if you have full info..

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER tell them you got hacked...

this leads to request for verifiication and possibly a locked account- all you do is just tell them you forgot the email and need to change it to your new one.. that simple
