Medium Leather Farming Glide

Well, this is my glider profile I use for farming up some quick Medium Leather. The profile is at the Yeti Cave just north of Southshore. The majority of the leather there is Medium Leather, all though Heavy Leather, Heavy Hide, Medium Hide can be obtained from here. There is also a chest that has some silver, and Medium Leather and Heavy Leather with some other items. There is even a mining deposit or two inside. I am doing this glide on a level 51 hunter. There are a lot of Yeti's in the cave and there spawn rates are great. So far my results have been:

Hour 1: 3 stacks of heavy leather, 5 stacks of medium leather, 1 stack of medium hide, and 1 stack of heavy hide
Hour 2: 2 2/3 stacks of heavy leather, 4 1/2 stacks of medium leather, 1 stack of medium hide, and 1 stack of heavy hide
Hour 3: 2 stacks of heavy leather, 3 1/2 stacks of medium leather, 1 stack of medium hide, and 1 stack of heavy hide
As you can see, I am getting a pretty decent amount per hour for my level. Anything higher could get some faster, if they need it that is.

I will record my next hour.
I am going to keep recording my results for a more accurate amount. Please post your results hourly if you can so I can estimate leather per level.

This is my work, my first glider profile. There is no ghost way points because it's made for farming not grinding. Please let me know if you have any problems. Oh, by the way if you are having problems with it trying to attack things on the next floor you need to lower your pull range.

it's for farming???


first time i see someone say "it's not for leveling it's for farming" when your getting something that's worth a couple silver per stack.

It depends on your server, right now a stack of medium leather goes for 6g on my server. Could also be used for the leather workers who have time and do not feel like buying stacks of it. Easy for quick heavy leather, you get leather just from gliding and then just go ahead and change the medium leather into heavy leather. Use your brain dude, think about it. This could be some use to other people if not your self. Got bored so I thought I might as well make something that could be use full to others but for me. Gotta be such a d***?

If anybody wants me to make more profiles for different leather then I will see if I can.

The only problem I've found with this is that it often gets stuck in the lower level, it just keeps trying to run into the wall, and also pulling things above you.

Its attacking things on the upper level because your pull distance is too high. I use it on 15 feet. Try that and I am trying to fix the part were it gets stuck every now and then.
