[REQUEST] Custom Ranks & Custom town

hello i was wondering if someone could please make custom ranks for me like
"The Lich King" "Warchief" "Troll slayer" "Death Knight" etc

also can someone please make a custom Death Knight city (the deathknights are friendly though) (i have 2.4.3.) also could you maybe make a few custom quest (it will be fine if you don't though XD) if you can't do DKs can you make a troll city!

Your asking a lot, and unless somone is super kind nobody will do this for you.
Custom ranks would require a lot of core editing and DBC editing at that.
A custom city and quests would be easier especially with 2.4 as you can use a program to speed it up. Although people still wont want to do this.
And finnaly there is nothing death knight in 2.4 so you wont be able to do a lot apart from make it look dark and evil! =p
