Help with an account

I have an account with:
Account name,
SQ&A,
An ID of the owner but with a wrong name since he registered it with his translated name but on the ID his name is Chinese
All his info Address etc

How can i get it?

You are going to have to call Blizzard and recall the account on Monday. 1-800-59-BLIZZ
Say you lost access to the account they will ask for your name and email Give real name and givee you current email. They Will ask you for SA and then your good to go buddy!

if i send a webform with

they just tell me that the name is wrong

so i have to call them ?
