What do you think is the best HIGHRATE server rates?

I like 20ish x because you level quite fast at 1st but after that its good leveling but not too slow.

Depends on level cap. Once played on a server that went to level 255 with custom leveling areas and rates were 40x-100x and I thought it was perfect. With a level cap of 20 I would want about 5x. See what I mean

Well from my exp people like very high rate servers.The more they dont have to do seems the more they like it.Just puts more pressure on the staff to keep rolling out new content to keep people satisfied.
