Can't PVP?

I recently set up an ArcEmu R1727 3.0.3 server with a WhyDB 241 Rev. When me and my friends try to pvp, we can't. In Battlegrounds, arenas, etc. We can't attack each other, the only way we can do damage to each other is through AoE spells.

Is there a way I can fix this? Do I need to update anything? Thanks.

WhyDB is kind of fail... at least i dont like it. If your using a decent repack keep it and get the leaked NCDB
