Clearer exploit rules

Didn't know how to exactly word the title, but there are still a lot of people making threads that are useless, most of the time even tagged [Useless] when they're too lazy to read the sticky in exploit section that Useless threads aren't allowed.

Could we add a [NO Useless Threads Here] sticker to the top of the section to go along with the No Emu and No Questions?

Just tired of 1/3 of the new exploits on the front page having "useless" in the title, or the thread being useless and the persons just too stupid to know. Or they know and have seen the sticky, but just don't respect the forums enough to care.

This way maybe a few less reports will have to be made out and taken care of by mods, making their job easier.

Also this is a bit far fetched, and probably not worth the time to do... but could the text box for typing a new thread be watermarked with "No Useless Threads, No Questions, No EMU here"? lol
