    I need a CD key/game time site that doesn't require a verified, credit card paypal...

    I'm looking for a site to buy gametime/CD keys with paypal, but I'm not verified nor do I have a credit card.

    You can try Oofay or Offgamers, except OG requires telephone verifacation, which is just them calling you and saying "Are you XXX XXX" and you say "Yes", and thats that.
