Will using scammed money to transfer a character get you banned?

The tittle mostly says it all. I was wonering if you use the Spend money for anything online scam to transfer a character, will it get you banned?

Probably, because what happens is the buyer recalls their money, then paypal recalls the money you sent and whoever you spent the money on looses the money, so they'll probably ban/suspend it and make you send in ID or something and reverse the transfer if anything
