    I just received this email from WoWEU

    I tried to change my SQ but got this answer:

    1. What e-mail addresses you have contacted us from recently.
    2. Which e-mail address you wish to have registered on the account.

    In the future please be aware that contacting us from multiple email addresses can cause confusion over account ownership and further delay any assistance with your issue.

    As soon as we have this information we will be able to progress the resolution of this matter for you.

    Is there anything to do?

    Edit: Maybe I should add some more info. I bought this account recently, and I mailed to Billing Support to change the SQ. I have the original CD-key and a ID. And the mail is written on me aswell. But the previos owner appears to have did the same..

    doesnt the email say what to do?

    the previous owner and you should both right another email with same text:

    1.
    "emailadress of previous owner"
    "your email-adress"

    2.
    "new email-adress you want"

    It says what to do, yes. But now how to do it. The problem is that I cant get contact with the previous owner..

    Sorry guys, but I could really use some advice here

    It looks like more ppl then you send request to recall account its impossible to unlock it mate unless you know those ppl mails
