Account Management Inaccessible?

Sold my account awhile ago and took it back today. However, I cant get into account management to transfer the chars or anything...

How Can I get into account management? I can log into the actual game...

Looks like your account is under review and right now they have it perma-banned..

I can't say for sure though, it's odd that you can still log in.

Yeah normally you would be able to log-in but perhaps they have changed the policies around. I do know that some things have changed such as being able to change the e-mail from account management, wish I could be of more help.

hmm. maybe they are perma banned from the forums? for spamming shirt or abuse. dunno, seems weird to me...
