    [Converter] Arcemu to Aspire/HS

    This will convert Arcemu revision 2251 and up Aspire/Hearthstone format
    This is a new converter made by me and Monta from RDB. I still made the original script but Monta helped me restructure it. There is also a accounts/char converter.
