a bit of advice.

you scammers are the pros about this so.


i met a guy on aim from australia saying he wants to buy my expensive, full of rares, account. (rare as in alot of hard items to get.) with a brutal glad drake.

So he sends me the 900$ of the payment we aggreed upon.

so i record the aim convo, and I give him info. the convo is him aggreeing and i state for him to copy and paste the following proof of purchase with his name on it, i proceed to give him info. and he eventulaly signs off and never does. but i have the convo SS's as proof.

now. what i am asking is, if he charges back, how solid will my proof be to get me back my hard earned cash?

from a scammer point of view and mind.

also if he does this, what are the chances of My recovering the account?

one factor would be if you are OO if you are and he does recall the money what you need to do is call blizz or use the online accoutn retrievel to get your account back. Paypal will normally believe the buyer when it is online goods. if he xfered the characters off the accoutn tell blizz that you got your account stolen and the character are gone and they should send you a form if I am correct, which you might also have to send in your id.

but heres my advice,
1. if you gave him the all the info, then its going to be a cat and mouse game between you and him and the OO (if your not the OO) calling up blizzard and changing the email/pass until blizzard freezes the account

2. i have had little expierence with paypals system, but you can provide alot of fake information to sway their decision, so far i have yet to lose a dispute.

3. if you used your verified paypal, id let it chill there for a week or two before making any purchases.

I wouldn't even sell the dude you're account. Just scam him :P

Aim Logs can be modified so paypal doesn't really take AIM logs for evidence most of
the time. So in my suggestion, if he recalls, your ****ed and will lose.

Next time. . . sell it by using WU or Sell in a box and send them your information INSIDE
the box. Next put that box in auction on Ebay then tell him to buy it from ebay then your
safe.
