Anyone found any particular places where the ghosts and witches spawn?

There are two couldrons in badlands that spawn lots of spirits if you first kill the 3 withered crons standing around them.
The lokations are 23k 23k and 44,5k 22k in badlands

Restless Spirits: Troll Country 34.13, 84.36, You need 50 of these for first part of quest and they drop the Leather Gobbo mask.


Withered Crones: Badlands 23k, 23k and 44.5k, 22k once all 3 are dead you interact with the cauldron releasing some spirits. (These are in all tiers, find a high spot and scan the area for the big black cauldrons .

The lords I THINK spawn inside the PQ areas at a certain stage of the PQ.

Can you wear the masks all the time?
Or was it just at the event?

You can wear them as they don't have a decay (like they do in WoW)

However, the only one you can get now is the Leather Gobbo Mask (or whatever its name is). On Skull Throne they sell for a few gold so it shouldn't be too hard to find one.
