    account temporarly locked or? (eu)

    well i got this email today from blizzard saying, i replyed to them with an answer and i got all info even id ( its my account) will it be unlocked?

    Unfortunately we have received a copy of valid ID for your account ***** from multiple sources and we had to lock it in order to confirm its ownership.

    In order for us to unlock the account, please provide us with the following details:

    1. What e-mail addresses you have contacted us from recently.
    2. Which e-mail address you wish to have registered on the account.

    Please note that we require you to send this confirmation from all email addresses listed in point 1.

    In the future please be aware that contacting us from multiple email addresses can cause confusion over account ownership and further delay any assistance with your issue.

    As soon as we have this information we will be able to progress the resolution of this matter for you.

    Never saw that one. Was your account really locked? If it was, then I think your account will be unlocked. But to make things sure, paste a screenshot of that email, maybe it is a fake one with a fake email address.

    It's not a fake email, I had one from Blizz saying the exact same thing.

    When I scammed an account ,me and the real owner both had all info +ID and were sending them in trying to retrieve the account, which results in this email.

    Since Blizz never found out the real owner, they eventually closed the account.

    So goodluck with that 1.

    well i gained acsess to the 2nd email the ids were sent from so i figure everything will be ok

    This is pretty funny. A leecher is much more helpful, useful, and correct than an elite and a donator.

    Anyway, if you got access to the 2nd email, then...you should be fine.
