Trinket+Spell with no "Not ready yet" message.

I need a macro that first checks if my trinket is on cooldown or not (Icon of the Silver Crescent), and if its not on cooldown it uses it and then casts VT.
However, this macro must also be useable when the trinket IS on cooldown.
I dont want a spam for "This spell/item is not ready yet"

Easy fix. Replace the spell name with your own.
