Bypass system check

Wasn't sure if I should put this in the exploits/programs section or here. Anyway, I just bought WAR and after I buy, open, install, and patch it, I learn I can't play since my processor is 2.4 ghz and the games minimum is 2.5 GHz. Apparently the game runs some type of check to make sure you meet all the minimum requirements, and if you don't it wont let you play. Does anyone know a way I can get past this?

i have an intel quad core 2.4ghz and i have no problems. you should ask mythic customer support or something

I played war off a flash drive on a friends computer. Install it on a better computer and then transfer the files over. ( all in one folder ) worked for me! Also, I highly recommend you don't run this with a 2.4ghz single core or even a dual core. This game is really taxing, had to buy a 4870 to increase FPS.

i play war with 2.0 ghz and got no problems

I play with a 2.3gHz dual core and i run my bot on a 2.0gHz single core, both run fine. I would contact tech support as there is no "system check" during the install. I have the beta client on my main PC and I installed from the disc's on my bot comp.

It only gets really bad in keeps, outside I got a decent fps rate. That's why I upgraded, can't afford to lag in keep raids.

Sorry for not replying. I had forgotten about this thread. I checked with WAR support. They told me to close out of all other programs before I play. It still doesn't work.

I'm kinda pissed still. I'll try to upgrade my comp a bit for Christmas, it needs it anyway. Hopefully it'll work then. Thanks for the replies and advice.

I play it on a 1.8ghz rate at a 3.0.

There's a spec check every time you start the game.

Your PC has to be super low-end though, so if it stops you from playing, you wouldn't be able to anyways.
