Ok, Well I'm back again... My mate made a video on Youtube which I watched and seemingly as he doesn't have a mmowned Account, he said by all means share it.

Now neither of us know if this is still useable as he did talk to a GM about this, but still an amazing find

Np, sorry it should probably have been in the "Exploration" section, but I figured it came under "Exploit + Glitch" as your pretty much getting to place you can't when the city is under attack

This still works and has yet to be patched. I found this and two other methods of entering that portion of the city, I showed two players - I'm assuming one of the two got the brilliant idea to make a youtube video and leak it (not a big deal since all you gain are a few ToK unlocks and low exp quests ahead of time). If you dont belive me I can upload my screenshots from sept if you like.
