[Exploit or Tip?] Regain AP with BW while Flee'ing

Very simple trick which surprising a lot of people don't know about (maybe there dumb or maybe this is an exploit).

While your sprinting you can use burnout to restore 110 ap for the cost of your health. This is a very good kiting mechanic if not a exploit.

The reason i say it could be just a tip is that you can also use AP pots while Flee'ing so who knows:S.

Why in the world would this be an exploit, the spell does as the tooltip says it should, I used this on my BW all the time.

I wouldn't consider it an exploit, just like using both sprints at once isn't an exploit, but many people haven't thought of it yet.
