G15 KeyBoard Hints/Tips =D

As you might all no the G15 has lots of options to make macro's.


What i have done is Made my G12 button Press. ( Tab then 2 ) this tabs through my enemies and casts my Dots.

Also make sure that the Repeat option is on 'Toggle'.

This can be done for many things. EG

I made one for my G9 that does ( Tab then 2 then 3 ( now waits 3 seconds cast time ) and now 4 ( waits 3 second cast time ).

And with that on repeat it will go through most enemies and cast Dots and spells on them all so all you need to do is get yourself in a good spot with a good healer and off you go!! =D

Not really G15 specific, but with my Witchelf, when a gank goes bad I like to gtfo'there.

I made a macro that debuffs me and then hits flee immediately. it's saved my life a few times.

A tip with making hardware macros is to use all four hotbars in the game and set them up the 3rd and 4th one with your skills that you want to macro, so when you are playing normally changing skill keys does not ruin the macros.

good post, I'm just feel like this could be dangerous seeming how the timing is exact always. Mind you i've set up a macro to do 3 seq's of dps then heal myself while being to lazy to do pq's so i just press G6 and go eat dinner , great for afk'n scenarios to(iactually tab heal peaople so they dont complain) also tab /follow.

The thing is tho is you can edit all your macro's

So if you wana get really dificult you could change it and make it vary alot ( the timeing that is )

Alright, since I'm done with this for now. (I kept it to myself so no one else would muscle in on it while I was using it.)

There is a specific creep in Ellryion that continuously repsawns when you kill it, it's an Ellryion Reaver, it always spawns in the same spot as soon as you kill it.

Now, this is good for a G15 user because they have this lovely little ability to make a toggle macro... It's a plus if you have a mouse that is capable of macroing, so you can collect loot and scavenge.

Now, I don't really want this to be found out and fixed, or overused, so if you want to know about this specific creep then PM me.

Oh, and this is DEST only, I think, since it's an Ellryion Reaver.

Level 19 drops blues and greens a fair amount.
