I've got many chinese idiots who hack Verified paypals and they're willing to pay over 300€ for my wow account which I wont give, the thing is everytime I make a paypal it gets locked... I tried using different website proxies however it still gets locked... What can I do?

Lol, I got a Legit paypal which i use for wow business but not for scamming, unverified, never got locked :S.

1. why Canada?
2. Tor works for me, uses different IP's all time
