Notary Help

Allright, so my account has been locked for a while and I want it back for WotLK

Before I explain... I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER

So I traded my account pre-TBC. I traded a few times and then my newest account got banned, but that's a different story.

Anyways, Back in April '08 (This Year) I recalled the account. I put two scammed gamecards on the account but the person I scammed them from called blizzard and whined so my account got locked.

Heres the thing, it requires a notary.

I know Neth'zul has a guide on how people can do notaries for other people, with erasable pen and whatnot.

I am looking for someone who can get it unlocked for me. If you need, I can provide a ID, but I am Under 18 if that matters.

Anyways, if you can do this, talk to me and we can work something out.
